Cole greeted me warmly and was helpful with information about the Florida National Cemetary in Bushnell. During our conversation he learned that I was staying at Days Inn in Brooksville Thursday night (7/16/09) so I could attend my father's funeral Friday. 'Please make sure this gets to the right person. I have NEVER stayed in a nicer Days Inn. I took the manager's card so I could contact you. Deidre Fletcher is a delightful person, very accommodating and pleasant. She runs the cleanest, best appointed Days Inn I've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was full of nice surprises, like real butter, and sugar free jelly. ALL of the staff were well schooled in customer service, and were obviously happy to work there. The building is in good repair, and the grounds and pool area are lovely. Kudos to Diedre! Please acknowledge her excellence.'

Marilyn from the start helped me with computer issues,which my job depends on..then when my dog got sick..the best vet who saved her was the vet she suggested. During my 2 month working stay..they made it home like..and were always quick with a smile..information...a professional staff...thanks house keeping..you don't get service like that in a 5* hotel..."
